OSLO (AP) - The Prime Minister, Gro Harlem Brundtland, yesterday replaced six of her ministers, including the labour minister, Tove Strand-Gerhardsen, who openly opposed Norwegian membership in the EC. He was replaced by Gunnar Berge, the parliamentary leader of the Labour Party and a former finance minister, and was named minister of regional affairs.

The reshuffle also included the appointment of Jan Henry T Olsen as minister of fisheries, Kari Nordheim Larsen as minister of foreign aid and Grete Faremo as minister of justice and police. The Industry Department was merged with the Department for Oil and Energy, headed by Finn Kristensen.
