Chisinau (Agencies) - The Moldovan parliament yesterday appealed to five regional states to send a peacekeeping force to stop fighting between government forces and ethnic Russian separatists. The appeal came after at least 22 people were killed in overnight battles in the self- proclaimed Dnestr republic.
