SOFIA (Reuter) - Bulgaria has returned 46 per cent of the property seized by the former ruling Communists to its original owners. Under a law passed last year, the owners and their heirs won the right to reclaim houses, shops and other property confiscated between 1974 and 1952. So far, the government has settled 23,500 out of 51,300 claims.
