Romanians set fire to Gypsy houses in north-west Romania in apparent revenge for a murder, AP reports from Bucharest. Eleven houses belonging to Gypsies in the village of Racsa, 280 miles from Bucharest, were set on fire on Sunday after Friday's discovery of the body of a Romanian, Toma Craciun, whom villagers apparently believed had been killed by Gypsies.
