BUCHAREST (Reuter) - Romanians in the Transylvanian town of Cluj are queuing to invest in a new get-rich-quick scheme, undeterred by the fate of a similar fund in the same town which sank with millions of pounds of savings. Crowds gathered outside the Driada investment fund in Cluj, hoping to triple their money in 90 days.
