ASpanish man suspended himself from scaffolding 100 metres up Madrid's unfinished KIO towers for seven hours to protest against a sales tax imposed on a yacht he bought overseas, Reuter reports from Madrid. The man's lawyer persuaded him to settle the issue through legal channels.
