French citizens killed in Algiers
France confirmed that two of its citizens were killed in Algiers yesterday and advised remaining French nationals to leave the north African country unless their presence there was vital, Reuter reports from Paris. The Foreign Ministry said the two were religious workers and identified them as Father Henri Barthelemy Verges and Sister Paule Saint Raymond.
