Gang killings rise in Russia
Contract killings are on the rise in Russia as rival gangs struggle for influence in business and commerce, Reuter reports from Moscow. The number of contract killings had more than doubled last year and assassins had gunned down about 250 people, said the Interior Minister, Viktor Yerin.
