Helen Joseph dies
Johannesburg (Reuter) - Helen Joseph, the anti-apartheid activist, died on Friday, two weeks after suffering a stroke. Miss Joseph, 87, joined the struggle against apartheid soon after the National Party came to power in 1948 and began introducing its separatist policies.
