Hell loses its place in everyday life
Heaven-o, how are you? The greeting may take some getting used to, but Kleberg County commissioners are supporting a campaign to take the "hell" out of hello. County Judge Pete De La Garza said they voted unanimously for a resolution urging the use of "heaven-o".
The idea came from a flea-market operator, Leonoso Canales, 56, who told the San Antonio Express News, "I see hell in hello. It's disguised by the o, but once you see it, it will slap you in the face." Mr Canales now plans to go to Texas Governor, George Bush, to propose it as the state's official greeting. Reuters
