Three Westerners taken hostage by Khmer Rouge guerrillas in April are alive, although one, an Australian woman, is reported to be ill after more than seven weeks in captivity, Reuter reports from Phnom Penh.

Kelly Wilkinson, 24, an Australian, her boyfriend, Dominic Chappell, 25, and their friend, Tina Dominy, 23, both from Britain, were kidnapped on 11 April, 65 miles north of Sihanoukville.
