Hurd calls for Kashmir dialogue
Douglas Hurd, the Foreign Secretary, told Indian officials that India and Pakistan's simmering dispute over Kashmir must be settled through dialogue between the two neighbouring countries, Tim McGirk reports from New Delhi. Mr Hurd said there must be 'a cessation of outside interference' in Kashmir.
