WASHINGTON (Reuter) - A senior arms-control advocate, Senator John Glenn, yesterday distributed a Russian intelligence report that concludes Israel may have stockpiled up to 200 nuclear weapons.

The declassified Russian Foreign Intelligence Service report says Israel could have produced 20 nuclear weapons from 1970 to 1978, 'and by this time, from 100 to 200 weapons'.
