Killings denied
Jakarta - Officials from the Red Cross and Dili's university said yesterday they were investigating claims that up to four people had been killed during religiously motivated clashes between East Timorese youths and Indonesian forces. A military spokesman denied the claim. Diplomats said they were sceptical of such reports. Reuter
