Looting in Rabaul after eruptions
From a mile away residents watch ash and pumice being forced into the air from volcanoes Vulcan and Tavurvur on either side of their town Rabaul, in Papua New Guinea. Two police officers were among those arrested for looting as authorities struggled to restore law and order after five days of eruptions.
