Catherine Ashton says Iranian nuclear deal is still not guaranteed

The EU’s foreign policy chief said on Sunday that there was “no guarantee” Iran and world powers would reach a final deal over the country’s nuclear programme.
Catherine Ashton was in Tehran for meetings with Iranian officials to discuss the nuclear programme, as well as the civil war in Syria.
