More misery in LA
Rain threatened to bring more misery yesterday to thousands of victims of last Monday's earthquake who have been living in cars, tents and makeshift camps while authorities promised to streamline the way aid is delivered, Reuter reports from Los Angeles. Forecasters said the region could receive up to an inch of rain.
