North Korea has refused to let inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency carry out checks at a nuclear site at Yongbyon, the IAEA said yesterday, Reuter reports from Vienna. 'As a result of this rejection the agency (is) not in a position to verify that there had been no diversion of nuclear material at the facility,' the IAEA said.
