WASHINGTON (AFP) - A USAir pilot who allowed a flight attendant to touch the controls of a Boeing 737 passenger jet while landing in Philadelphia has been sacked and had his licence revoked. The stewardess and the co-pilot were also dismissed as a result of the incident on a flight from Tampa on 4 March.
