JOHANNESBURG (Reuter) - The radical Pan-Africanist Congress (PAC) said yesterday it is to meet government representatives to discuss attacks by its armed wing.

It said PAC would be represented by its secretary-general, Benny Alexander, and members of the Apla armed wing's high command at talks in Windhoek, Namibia, on Monday with South African security chiefs.
