Perot attacks Clinton 'war'
Washington (AP) - Ross Perot believes 'a little war' in Bosnia could distract Americans from President Bill Clinton's failings at home.
'My biggest concern,' the 1992 presidential candidate told US News and World Report magazine, 'is that any time things get complicated in this country, we like to start a war. The first 100 days (of the Clinton presidency) didn't go well. Everything's in disarray . . . So it's a good time to distract the American people.'
