Quick comeback for Lebanese PM
Beirut - Rafic Hariri, who resigned as Lebanese Prime Minister last Friday, has been asked by President Elias Hrawi to form a new government. Mr Hariri is the driving force behind a $12bn (pounds 7.7bn) project to rebuild the country after the civil war. AFP
