Russia holds back Azeri's extradition
Moscow - Russia has asked Azerbaijan for more evidence before it agrees to the extradition of former Azeri president Ayaz Mutalibov on a charge of treason, according to a senior aide to the Russian prosecutor-general. Mr Mutalibov, who was ousted in 1992, was arrested in Moscow on Thursday. Reuter
