Hussein Kamel Hassan al-Majid, cousin and son-in-law of the Iraqi President, Saddam Hussein, is in a Jordanian hospital for medical treatment, Reuter reports from Amman. The opposition Iraqi National Congress said he was receiving treatment for a brain tumour. Mr Majid was regarded as a driving force behind Iraq's accumulation and development of weapons of mass destruction.
