Satellite programme setback as rocket explodes

A Titan 4 rocket, believed to be carrying an expensive spy satellite, lifts off from Vandenberg air force base, California. Two minutes later it exploded. The failure is seen as a serious setback to the launching of intelligence satellites on America's most powerful unmanned rocket.
