A Thai cabinet minister gave a dinner for fellow MPs where prostitutes were the party favours, AP reports from Bangkok.

The Deputy Finance Minister, Boonchu Trithong, told about 30 fellow members of the New Aspiration Party that they had gathered 'as single men' at a Bangkok hotel on Wednesday to celebrate the end of a parliamentary session, the Thai Rath newspaper reported. It said he distributed green cards - which he called 'keys to heaven' - which guests could exchange for sexual favours.
