Singapore aids Burmese economy
The Singapore government said yesterday it had set up a Sdollars 3m (pounds 1.3m) technical assistance fund for Burma, Reuter reports from Singapore. The government said the fund was intended to assist Burma in opening up its economy, and help it develop technical personnel training.
