Smoke-free zones
Asmoking ban took effect at US military bases worldwide yesterday, Reuter reports from Washington. The order prohibits smoking in offices, hallways, stairwells and even outside entrances of buildings to protect non-smokers from the effects of 'second-hand' smoke.
