A strike over the installation of an unelected government by the Nigerian military worsened the country's petrol crisis, further crippling the main city, Lagos, Reuter reports from Lagos. The strike, called by the 3.5-million-strong trade union Nigeria Labour Congress coincided with a strike by the 50,000-strong oilworkers' union.
