Winnie fails to muzzle critic
Winnie Mandela, the estranged wife of President Nelson Mandela and a deputy minister in his government, lost a court attempt to muzzle an opponent, AFP reports from Johannesburg. The supreme court ruled that Xoliswa Falati had a right to free speech.
