COPENHAGEN - The Italian Claudio Caviechi won the men's title at the Eighth World Pipe-Smoking Championships, puffing away for an uninterrupted 2 hours, 52 minutes and 35 seconds. The women's title went to Dane Sussi Jensen with a time of 1 hour, 54 minutes and 40 seconds at the weekend event, which attracted 457 pipe-smokers from 15 nations. Reuter
