A Japanese father is locked in a battle of wills with the Justice Ministry, after he insisted on naming his baby son Akuma (Devil), Reuter reports from Tokyo. When the ministry vetoed the name, saying it would leave the child open to future mockery and discrimination, the father appealed to a family court. 'I think the name will come in handy in future because it's a name you can't forget,' he said.
