The disgraced Chinese Communist Party chief, Zhao Ziyang, visited the south China city of Guangzhou, getting as warm a reception as before his 1989 downfall, Reuter reports from Hong Kong. The Wah Kiu Yat Po newspaper said Mr Zhao travelled earlier this month to Guangzhou - showcase of the economic reforms he championed - with Vice-Premier Li Lanqing.
