Thomas and Friends competition terms and conditions

1. This competition is open to all UK residents including Northern Ireland, excluding employees of the HIT Entertainment Limited ("HIT") group.

2. Entries shall be sent to “HeroOfTheRails@cakegroup.com”

3. Entries must be received by Cake no later than 1.00pm, 25th August 2009.

4. You may enter this competition as many times as you wish, however, there shall be only four prizes awarded.

5. The prize is a Family Ticket (2 Adults & 2 Children) to the Thomas & Friends Premiere at Leicester Square on the 26th September 2009. The Drayton Manor family ticket is valid until 1st November 2009. A family ticket is for four individuals. The ticket must be presented at the ticket booth prior to entry into the park. No cash refund or alternative is available. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Originals only accepted – no photocopies/damaged/defaced/altered tickets.

6. The entrant agrees that HIT can use their name and likeness and their picture for promotional purposes.

7. Entrants agree that if they win, HIT will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their abbreviated name and county address for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
