NORWEGIAN entrepreneurs are becoming ever more frenzied in their attempts to cash in on the Lillehammer Winter Olympics. The latest craze is the conversion of retail outlets into restaurants. Calle Rud, who runs a plumbing supply store, has cleared out pipes and sinks to make room for tables and chairs; decoration is brightly coloured lavatory seats mounted on the walls. But that's as far as the comedy goes: with Ibsenesque seriousness, Calle calls his eaterie the 'Cafe Rorlegger'n'. It means 'Plumber's Cafe'.
