Heath Streak had a four-wicket haul as he finished with figures of 6 for 78 on Saturday. The visitors, resuming on 178 for 4, were all out for 280 with David Sales top-scoring on 76. Warwickshire lost two wickets - Mark Wagh (10) and Ian Bell (nought) - as they secured the runs needed for victory. Nick Knight made an unbeaten 56 and Jonathan Trott 22 as the hosts progressed to 88 to win.

Gloucestershire beat Middlesex by 10 wickets at Gloucester despite dogged resistance by Lance Klusener, who finished unbeaten on 68, scoring almost a run a ball in an innings that included 10 fours and a six to guide Middlesex to 358 all out. Gloucestershire soon wrapped up victory, moving to 47 without loss in 11 overs.
