Football: Court rules to put Kelly in clear
Graham Kelly is unlikely to face a charge of bringing the game into disrepute for giving evidence on behalf of the defence at the trial. His decision to do so incensed the Torquay chairman, Mike Bateson, but the FA have been advised that action cannot be taken against someone for answers they give when questioned under oath in court.
