Football: Hamilton seek viable venue

Hamilton Academical will meet Strathclyde police today to try to find a suitable venue for their Scottish Cup third-round tie against Rangers. The homeless First Division side are lodgers at Albion Rovers' Cliftonhill Stadium. where the capacity is under 2,000.

Motherwell's Fir Park ground looks the best option, as Hamilton's Premier Division neighbours have been drawn away at Dumbarton the same day.
