Arsenal's Parlour, who missed the 2-2 draw against Manchester United with a broken bone in his hand, could come back into the reckoning, while Campbell and Keown may play. Hillier, with a stitched ankle wound, is the only first team squad member unavailable. Midfielder Hutchison is back in the Liverpool first-team squad after injury but Molby, who made his comeback in the reserves this week, is not risked.
Blackburn Rovers v Swindon Town
Blackburn, bidding for their 11th home league win in a row, are likely to be unchanged with Newell again preferred to Warhurst as a partner for Shearer in attack. Swindon expect to be unchanged with the only doubt concerning Horlock (ankle).
Chelsea v West Ham United
West Ham hope to field the line-up beaten by Luton in Wednesday's FA Cup sixth-round replay. Defender Rowland and midfielder Holmes are added to the party to make a squad of 16.
Coventry City v Norwich City
Coventry are likely to make changes in a bid to break a four-match goal famine. Reserve goalkeeper Gould is under treatment for a knee injury and if he is not on the bench his place will go to Davies. Norwich are certain to rely on the side which beat Everton on Monday night, so youngster Eadie will continue to partner Sutton up front in the absence of Ekoku, still on international duty with Nigeria.
Everton v Tottenham Hotspur
Everton's new signing Limpar makes his debut. The Swedish international, bought from Arsenal for pounds 1.6m, steps straight in for Beagrie who was sold to Manchester City for pounds 1.1m. But the club's other new signing, Parkinson, a midfielder or defender from Bournemouth, may have to be content with a seat on the bench. Spurs welcome back midfielders Sanways and Hazard, Norwegian goalkeeper Thorstvedt and defender Edinburgh after injury.
Ipswich Town v Queen's Park Rangers

Skipper Linighan, substitute for the last two matches after a hamstring injury, is back in contention despite rejected a new contract. QPR defender Bardsley has been left out due to a family bereavement while Maddix and Brevett are injured. Ferdinand (groin) and Meaker (shin) face tests.
Oldham Athletic v Manchester City
Oldham hope to be boosted by the return of centre-back Jobson. Fellow defender Fleming will take a late test on an ankle injury, but remains doubtful. Beagrie, Manchester City's new pounds 1.1m signing from Everton, makes his debut while skipper Curle could be back after a six-match absence with a calf strain. Phelan and Kernaghan are under treatment for injuries and face late tests.
Sheffield United v Southampton
Sheffield United hope to have striker Blake and club skipper Gayle fit. Both were injured in last week's draw against Manchester City but winger Carr, also hurt in that game, has recovered and so have Norwegian defender Nilsen and veteran midfield player Kamara. Southampton's new signing Heaney makes his debut, taking over from Maskell who has an ankle injury.
Wimbledon v Leeds United
Wimbledon's defensive injury problems increased when Fitzgerald (cartilage) was ruled out. Wimbledon are already without injured defenders Ardley, Joseph, McAllister and Kimble. Striker Gayle, signed from Brentford for pounds 250,000, is included in the squad along with skipper Fashanu who returns to lead the attack following a badly bruised back and ribs. Leeds hope that Strachan (thigh strain) will fit. Goalkeeper Lukic makes his 500th League appearance.Reuse content
