The group winners meet the runners-up from Group D on Sunday; the second-placed team meet Nigeria on the same day. Qualification decided by (in order): points, goal difference, number of goals scored, outcome of encounter between the two sides, drawing lots.

1 France beat Denmark; South Africa beat Saudi Arabia: France win group and both Denmark and South Africa finish with four points. In this scenario South Africa would need to overturn a four-goal differential. Because the group game between Denmark and South Africa finished all-square, the drawing of lots is a real possibility.
