JULIAN JOACHIM looks set to lead England's front line in the World Youth Cup semi-final against Ghana in Sydney today.

The Leicester City strikerwill shoulder the responsibility for scoring goals because of the injury to Tottenham's Nick Barmby, who is still suffering from a shin problem. The Chelsea defender, Andy Myers, is the other principal injury worry Ghana won the Under-17 World Cup in Italy in 1991, and Joachim is likely to play a lone role up front as manager Dave Burnside, who has attracted criticism for his negative tactics, seeks to frustrated the talented Africans.
