Champions League draw: A guide to the semi-finals as Chelsea face Atletico Madrid while Real Madrid will meet Bayern Munich

All the information you need to know on the tournament's final four

So we now know the final four for this season's Champions League as Europe's elite club competition reaches it's crucial stage.

Real Madrid will welcome the defending champions Bayern Munich in the first leg, with Atletico Madrid hosting the sole Premier League representatives in Chelsea.

The first legs will on 22 and 23 April, while the the second legs will be played on 29 and 30 April.

The draw sets up many different final outcomes that could have a major effect on the eventual destination of the Champions League draw. Bayern Munich could face Chelsea in a repeat of the 2012 final that saw the Blues run out winners at the Allianz Arena, while their could be a first ever all-Madrid final should Real and Atletico both win their semi-finals.

We could also be treated to a Jose Mourinho-centred final should Real meet Chelsea, with the Portuguese returning to Stamford Bridge last summer after leaving the Spanish giants due to his failure in landing a 10th Champions League crown and a dressing room split.
