Liverpool left-back Jose Enrique revelled in Chelsea's elimination from the Champions League last night.

The Blues were beaten 3-1 by Atletico Madrid at Stamford Bridge as their bid to reach a third successive European final came to an end.

Enrique stapled his colours to the mast early on, tweeting just prior to kick off in the Champions League semi-final second leg...

Fernando Torres gave Chelsea the lead against his former side but an equaliser from Adrian Lopez brought things level before Diego Costa and the excellent Arda Turan made sure of an all-Madrid final in Lisbon later this month.

Enrique was delighted as the game turned around...

The Spaniard, who played for Levante, Valencia and Villarreal before switching to the Premier League to join Newcastle, then appeared to take a dig at Chelsea's tactics...

Enrique's comment on the style of play employed by Jose Mourinho comes just days after his manager Brendan Rodgers accused Chelsea of parking "two buses" at Anfield in the Blues' 2-0 Premier League win.
