With Barcelona all but clinching La Liga with a 1-1 draw at The Bernabeu last weekend, pressure is mounting on Jose Mourinho's side for a cup victory. The 'Special One' has never had a complete season in management without winning a major trophy and would not wish to start now - a ruthless record shows no Madrid manager has remained in the hot-seat without winning anything in a season for 28 years, since club legend Alfredo di Stéfano failed to win anything in his first spell in 1982/83.

Barcelona, on the other hand, have changed their manager just once since 2003 and this continuity has had clear benefits: they are now considered the best club side in the world and are subsequently regarded as favourites for tonight, having not lost to Madrid in the last six meetings.
