The Anfield old boy Jan Kromkamp helped PSV Eindhoven to keep pace with Liverpool at the top of Group C as the Dutch side came from behind to win 2-1 at Galatasaray.
Sasa Ilic's deflected strike put Galatasaray 1-0 ahead before Kromkamp's shot slipped through the fingers of goalkeeper Farid Mondragon. Arouna Kone, of the Ivory Coast, then scored the winner with 18 minutes left.
In Chelsea's Group A, Werder Bremen are now level on points with second-placed Barcelona after a 2-0 win at home to Levski Sofia.
