Eden Hazard has not been declared fit enough to make the Chelsea squad after he came off against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.

The Belgian winger, who was booed off as the Blues were dumped out of the Champions League, was mooted for a return to the side for what is now the most important game of Chelsea's season.

However, he is not fit enough and doesn't even make the bench.

Diego Costa was also withdrawn against PSG, but is fit enough to lead the line for the Blues. Club captain John Terry, who has missed the last six matches because of a hamstring injury, is back but only makes the bench.

Guus Hiddink makes just one change to the team that lost to PSG, with Nemanja Matic coming in for Hazard - Cesc Fabregas is pushed further forward.

For Everton, Roberto Martinez has made three changes to the side that let a 2-0 lead slip to lose to West Ham United last week

Bryan Oviedo is injured, Kevin Mirallas is banned, while John Stones has been dropped as Martinez returns to four at the back.

In come Leighton Baines, Gareth Barry and Tom Cleverley.
