FA Cup round-up: Accrington set to welcome Fulham after Miles winner
A goal from John Miles nine minutes from the end last night earned Accrington Stanley an FA Cup fourth-round home tie with Fulham on Saturday as the League Two side overcame Gillingham 1-0.
It also equalled Accrington's best performance in the Cup – they have reached the fourth round on three other occasions, the last in 1959 – and John Coleman's side will fancy upsetting their Premier League visitors at the Fraser Eagle Stadium.
Lee Hughes' 25-yard winner enabled Notts County to see off non-League Forest Green Rovers at Meadow Lane 2-1 and clinched Sven Goran Eriksson's club a home game against Premier League Wigan on Saturday.
Doncaster will play Derby in an all-Championship tie after Rovers won 1-0 at League One Brentford thanks to James O'Connor's header with three minutes to go.
