FA Cup semi-final draw: Chelsea to play Tottenham, Arsenal face Manchester City

N'Golo Kante's second-half strike proved enough to down Jose Mourinho's United

Chelsea will play Tottenham Hotspur in this season's FA Cup semi-finals after beating Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.

In the other semi-final, Arsenal will play Manchester City, having progressed past Lincoln City and Middlesbrough respectively.

N'Golo Kante's second-half strike proved enough to down Jose Mourinho's United, who were reduced to 10 men after Ander Herrera's sending-off for a second bookable offence before the interval.

Chelsea dominated both halves but were in complete control after Herrera's sending off and saw the tie out to reach the last four.

Their opponents will be Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham, who have troubled Antonio Conte's Premier League leaders more than most other sides this season.

Having beaten Millwall 6-0 in their quarter-final on Sunday, Spurs will be confident of challenging a side who they beat at White Hart Lane in early January.

The semi-finals will be played at Wembley on the weekend of 23/24 April.
