Tottenham Hotspur fell to a morale-sinking defeat to Crystal palace in the FA Cup fifth round courtesy of Martin Kelly’s first-half winner.
Spurs had hoped to cement their chances of winning a historic treble with a victory against their London foes but a frustrating afternoon came to a close amid groans around White Hart Lane.
Kelly struck before the break down the right flank to arrow it beyond Michel Vorm in the hosts’ net and hand Alan Pardew’s Eagles a place in the sixth round of the Cup.
Emmanuel Adebayor started for Palace on his return to White Hart Lane but was unable to get on the score sheet in the capital.
The 31-year-old was released from his £100,000-a-week contract at Spurs only to later join up with Alan Pardew at Selhurst Park.
But who was the star man at White Hart Lane? See below for our take on the best performers...

Should not have been beaten at his near post for the goal.
