League One: Mathieu Manset levels late for Coventry City against Preston
Sunday 25 August 2013
Both sides scored in injury time as Coventry and Preston played out an eight-goal thriller in League One yesterday.
Chris Humphrey seemed to have won it for Preston until Mathieu Manset’s leveller meant that Coventry’s two ‘home’ matches so far this season have yielded a total of 17 goals.
The Sky Blues are playing at Northampton’s Sixfields Stadium due to a row with their Ricoh Arena landlords in Coventry. The draw left Steven Pressley’s side on minus three points after their first four matches.
